Material:

• Made of solid steel (about 1.2-1.5 mm) completely without fiber, offers maximum stability and authenticity..

Manufacturing Process:

• Produced through an elaborate 7-step process. Each part is immersed in a cleaning bath and then acid-rinsed to thoroughly remove dirt, deposits, and surface rust before the final black primer coating is applied.

Fit & Installation:

• Pre-drilled holes and numerous internal mounting points are already in place; however, some modification through drilling, cutting, or adjustment may be required. The surface may show slight waves and visible weld marks. A typical “oil-canning” effect that reflects the authentic character of the original Jeep production years.
