Body Tub Ford GPW Early Version 1942

Body Tub for AllFord GPW from 1942

Fits:

• Ford GPW 1942 (Early Version with Ford lettering on the rear panel)

Material:

• Made from solid steel (approx. 1.2–1.5 mm), completely free of fiberglass, providing maximum stability and authenticity.

Manufacturing Process:

• Produced through an elaborate 7-step process. Each part is immersed in a cleaning bath and then acid-rinsed to thoroughly remove dirt, deposits, and surface rust before the final black primer coating is applied.

Fit & Installation:

• Pre-drilled holes and numerous internal mounting points are already in place; however, some modification through drilling, cutting, or adjustment may be required. The surface may show slight waves and visible weld marks. A typical “oil-canning” effect that reflects the authentic character of the original Jeep production years.
